I arrived to find the name of the hotel was actually Miah Boutique. It was at the same address, there was a sign on the street saying 205 Hang Bong Hotel, but when you follow the sign, and walk through a pharmacy, this takes you to the reception with the name of Miah Boutique. Apparently they are in the process of changing the name. They did not have any record of my booking. I messaged Booking.com but received no reply. Luckily there was a spare room available. The receptionist advised me to cancel the Booking.com reservation (as I still had not heard back from them) and she gave it to me at a much cheaper price. Unfortunately the room came with shared bathroom facilities which is not what I had originally booked. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There were not many amenities except for toothbrushes. There was an electric jug but no coffee or tea. There were 2 glass bottles of water. There were no towells so I had to go and request one. I stayed there for 5 days. The room was not cleaned, or any new towells left the whole time. I had to request new towells from the cleaning staff. The water bottles were not refilled. The bathroom was always soaking wet from people using the shower and sometimes not very clean. It was more like staying at a hostel rather than a boutique hotel. This is fine if that's what you're looking for, but if you want a little bit more comfort, I would advise you to stay somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed with Booking.com, firstly for having incorrect information about this property and secondly for not even bothering to reply to my messages.
