Bom vamos lá.
• Tinha tudo pra ser bom, mas chegamos as 15h para o check-in, abrimos a porta e o pessoal da limpeza estava dentro do quarto. Tivemos que aguardar a limpeza na recepção..
• A vista linda, porém uma mega construção do lado, fui obrigado a acordar todos os dias as 7h, barulho muito fora.. inclusive no final de semana, acreditem. Se forem pra descansar já era (pedi pra verificar uma opção e obviamente não era possível).
• Travesseiros não tinham fronhas e não tinha toalha de piso, também não disponibilizam cobertor.
• Pedi ao menos 2 toalhas a mais (as deixadas são finas, e pela quantidade de dias, quase uma semana, estamos no inverno!) disseram que só deixariam se fosse pagas ($20 cada.. $40 no total). OBVIAMENTE pediram um pix imediato.. no fim, fiquei sem toalhas ao longo da estadia, cobrando todos os dias pra deixarem. Até então não fui ressarcido.
• Contato. Você fica perdido! No whts é um robô que te atende, no fim se algo dê problema ou vocês tenha que resolver é simplesmente eles não dão assistência.. imagina se algo acontece no final de semana?! Só deram atenção quando a semana virou.. e eu insisti demais no chat do booking e uma funcionária me chamou (mas também não resolveu nada).
Acho que o mais desagradável foi o pouco caso, e justamente quando você precisa não é atendido. Mas pra cobrar algo eles responderam muito rápido.
