Great central location
Room was wonderful big and very comfortable, great shower. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the roof top bar and pool also.
Music from dots alittle loud not hotel's fault.

All the staff are quite friendly and supportive. 1 day prior to arrival, they sent WhatsApp messages explaining check in time and its process. Once we arrive, they all welcomed us and provided support for luggage. They explained popular restaurants, cafes, and event information happening during our stay, so you don't suffer from where to go and what to do.
The hotel has an oceanview rooftop restaurant/bar with a pool, so you can have a relaxing time with a chilled beach vibe too.
There was an ongoing construction on the rooftop floor so we heard the sound.
But it didn't matter at all because the work was only day time and we had many enjoyable places & activities near the hotel!!

Spent 2 nights here in October 2026 and had a great time. Facilities are great, modern and spacious hotel with large rooms and bathrooms. Staff were friendly and fantastic from start to finish, helping with parking, luggage and recommendations. Breakfast was good, served quick and great value. No issues with noise; our room overlooked Dot’s Bay but well insulated rooms meant we didn’t even hear their weekly party. Location is fantastic, a few minutes to the beach, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

The property was amazing, big spacious rooms a nice breakfast. Incredible views over to the beach with a lovely pool and sunbeds you can relax on. Staff are so helpful, accommodating and kind! Location is so close to beach, dots bay house and cafes/ restaurants so you can walk. We didn’t feel the photos do it justice as it’s such a great place to stay!
This didn’t bother us (party of 6) but if you’re a light sleeper there is a party at Dots Bay Saturdays and Tuesdays where the music is loud so keep in mind if you are booking.
