Avaliação da acomodação Fiquei bastante chateada com a experiência. Escolhi a acomodação principalmente porque anunciava secador, ferro de passar e produtos de limpeza, mas esses itens não estavam disponíveis. A falta do secador me prejudicou muito, pois fiquei quatro dias sem conseguir lavar o cabelo adequadamente por causa do frio. Além disso, a limpeza deixou a desejar, com sujeira embaixo da cama e marcas de pano nas superfícies. O que mais decepcionou foi a falta de responsabilidade dos responsáveis: tentei entrar em contato para resolver a situação, mas não tive um retorno adequado. Esperava mais cuidado e respeito com o hóspede.
