I liked that the property inside the actual apartment was clean and odor free.
The listing states there is one bed and one sofa bed. This is not correct. There is not a sofa bed. We are a family of three and booked this because it stated there were two beds. I contacted the property manager about the incorrect information and provided screenshots of the listing stating there were two beds. I was told, in writing, I would be provided a partial refund, but have yet to receive anything. When I reached out the following week of my stay, I was told the listing had been updated and someone was contacting booking. I have yet to be contacted or given the partial refund.
The listing also states free parking. This is not correct. Parking is discounted not free. In addition to being given false information about parking, I had to reach out repeatedly to ask for the special QR code the property manager provides for the discounted parking.
The apartment was clean and odor free on the inside but the hallways, elevator, and lobby areas often smelled.
