Really enjoyed my stay here! The location is great and very convenient, especially for the price. Everything was good for a comfortable stay, and the staff were really nice and welcoming. Great option if you’re looking for something affordable in a good location. I’d happily stay here again

Great location, close to the beach. The people were really nice, and the kitchen has everything you need. The air conditioning was also a big plus
The room looked a bit bigger in the pictures, and there are windows all around the room, so people outside can see inside. But there are curtains, so it’s not really a big problem

Overall, this apartment has a good price-to-value ratio for Nice, which is a very expensive city. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also large. The location was good, with the beach and the markets both very close. The hosts were very friendly and replied quickly whenever we had a question or problem.

Unfortunately, there was a very important problem that was not mentioned in the listing. There was no usable window in the room. There was a window, but all the air conditioning units were stored directly in front of it, so it could not be opened. Because of this, we had no fresh air for several days. We feel that this should have been clearly mentioned in the listing. The apartment was also quite small. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work well.
