- la situation : proche du métro Cuatro Caminos accès aux lignes 1 (Sol, Gran Via, Atocha), 2 (Opéra), 6 (Nuevos Ministerios correspondance avec la 8 pour l'aéroport env. 45 mn)
- le confort des lits, linge de lit et de toilette impeccables (serviettes moelleuses),
- la propreté notamment des sanitaires, du réfrigérateur et du micro-ondes
- le calme et la fraîcheur : l'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et donne sur 2 petites cours intérieures, les voisins n'étaient pas bruyants, on pouvait dormir les fenêtres ouvertes (pas eu besoin de la climatisation et pourtant il a fait 38°)
- quartier principalement sud-américain très sympa, boutiques, restos, supermarchés et un superbe marché couvert juste à côté
- l'hôte a été sympa et réactif à nos demandes
- l'appartement est bien pour 2 personnes
- manque une machine à café (il n'y avait qu'une cafetière en métal), éventuellement une bouilloire et un grille-pain
- les joints et murs de la salle de bains devraient être refaits (moisissures, ce n'est pas terrible)
- la terrasse : oubliez, ne correspond pas à la photo, cela sert plutôt de débarras et il y a les climatisations
- revoir l'aménagement : il n'y a pas de table pour manger (mettre une table rabattable ?)

Excelent location in quiet street, close to metro station. The appartment has everything you need and it is very well maintened. Great communication with the owner.
Maybe due to the ground floor there is some smell and also there is no table to have lunch or dinner seated.
