Beautiful property and really enjoyed our stay

Lovely setting. Spacious and hot water was good

Very tight parking. Long bumpy lane down to property but we were aware of these. Downstairs shower would benefit from a wall holder for shower head.

Lovely home, but rude neighbors and poor management of several issues ruined our trip

Property was very spacious and had plenty of room.

We received verbal abuse from neighbors and the property was listed as dog family friendly with a secure garden but the garden was not secure and our dogs were able to jump into other adjoining cottages. It was very stressful as we were there for a wedding and would be away from the property the majority of the time. Also there seemed to be a caretaker that would show up at the property with out prior notice from the property manager, at one point when discussing the Wi-Fi issue with the appointed team online he showed up with a key for a cupboard. We were not told he was appointed to do so, then the next day he took a ladder to climb into our back garden while we were in the property again with out any notice. This behavior made us feel very uncomfortable and as though the property was not being professionally managed and it felt unsafe as we had no idea what else he had keys too. The property also is listed as accessible to two cars. We parked both cars on the property so that we could use either car, only to be met outside by the neighbor yelling at my husband we were parked incorrectly and needed to remove our vehicle immediately. My husband’s vehicle was apparently over the property line by a few feet that did not seem to impact the other property but because of this incident we had to park our cars so one blocked in the other after a few days of having to move both cars every time we needed to leave or come back for the night, leading to us leaving one car at a near by family members business to ensure we could get in and out of the property. There were other issues with the cot we requested, it was too large to fit into the children’s room so we had to move furniture to ensure it would be safe. There were no children’s cups bowl plates or utensils. Everything was porcelain or glass. We had to go out and buy things for our children to eat and drink from.
