Great communication with the hosts. An absolutely amazing location with incredible views of the lake and mountains. I could have sat on the veranda for days on end! It was just a few minutes walk to the gondola station and bus stop so it was easy to get up or down the mountain. When we didnt use the gondola it was a five minute drive down to Unterterzen on the lake side which was a great place to swim and where we picked up bikes to cycle along the stunning lakeside. Easy also to pick up the train there with regular trains to Zurich and beyond. Tylhe parking costs were also very reasonable.
The house is very spacious, comfortable, homely and equipped with everything you would possibly need. It was just like being at home. The beds were really comfortable so we slept like logs. Two bathrooms as well which was convenient when everyone was trying to get ready for the day.
Theres just so much to do in the local area. My boys especially loved the tobogan run and the climbing attraction which were located a gondola and lift ride up the mountain. Hiring bikes for the day was also a winner with the whole family.
We loved our stay there. It was just a stunning and perfect location to relax and explore and enjoy that part of Switzerland. I highly recommend this place.
