Foi razoável.

O flat não fica na beira-mar, mas o acesso à praia é muito fácil e bem próximo. Os utensílios do apartamento 126 são completos, inclusive na cozinha, tem de tudo, até máquina de lavar roupa.. O ar condicionado é novo e funciona bem. A cama é bem grande e confortável. O edifício conta com dois elevadores que servem desde a garagem até a cobertura.

O banheiro foi a grande decepção e baixou muito a nota da avaliação para o apartamento 126, no primeiro andar. Não tem duchinha higiênica, e é extremamente desconfortável usar apenas papel para se limpar, ou ter que tomar banho depois de fazer o número 2. Não há nenhum cabide para toalhas, nem onde apoiar sabonete e shampoo. O chuveiro fica bem na entrada do box. Aos idosos com problema de mobilidade, tem uma pequena escadaria antes de chegar na recepção, mas depois do check in, usa um dos elevadores.

Excelente localização. Fica atrás do Serrambi resort. Praia excelente para caminhada e banho. Dispõe de piscinas no térreo e na cobertura.
