Overall clean property, provides basic requirements for stay.

Close to the event for which I book the property.

I would suggest Owner to provide a Guest guide book so no need to contact Property owner for small things. Property Owner was really good and was quick in responding and supporting when contacted for help. An extra Mirror outside the bathroom is recommended since there is only one bathroom.

Stay away!

There was very little to like about the property. There was sufficient clean crockery and glassware.

The first thing we noticed was the lawns hadn’t been mowed or the gardens weeded in a very long time. Strips of plastic garden border lay across the front grass where they had fallen out of the gardens. When we made it inside there was a single chair and a lounge chair. My husband, who is a slim Asian, sat on the lounge and the back leg collapsed. So we were left with one chair to sit on for 4 adults! There were power cords on the floors connecting the internet to power which ran from the only power points in one bedroom through a hole in the wall in the next bedroom through to the lounge. There were no power points in the main bedroom that I slept in to power my cpap machine. This house was described as luxury by the sea… not close! The backyard had a pile of rubbish and packaging cardboard. The shower head in the bathroom drooped down flat against the wall as soon as the water was turned on. The neighbours had a spotlight that was aimed at the rear bedroom window and came on every time a car drove past the front of the house! We were very disappointed with the accommodation.
