Check in 時意外發現被升級成空間大一點的房間，床很好睡（很驚艷），洗手台有兩面鏡子覺得很方便
一直有水溝味從衛浴空間飄出來，本來有開一小縫的門，最後受不了，又從床上爬起來關，希望公共空間及房間內有多點指示，進出浴室跟廁所都不知道門要拉還是推（矽膠條會把門吸住），出電梯的時候也是，有個指示房間區往哪邊走、幾號房往哪裡會更好，因為沒有人第一次入住就知道空間長怎樣

Liked their Location was great very close to MRT station
I didn't like their 4 pm check in time ans 11 am check our, time and staff weren't friendly, they want to charge 500 Taiwan dlars per hour for extending which is exuberant

床確實很好睡
當時預訂此房型後，有先跟客服確認房型是不是對外窗，因為我很怕密閉空間。結果到現場確實有對外窗，但窗外是隔壁的雜物陽台，看起來不太舒服，對於膽子小的我來說很可怕。但因為演唱會看完太累，還是睡到天亮，早上7點多很想走就退房提前離開。結果路上接到櫃檯打電話說房務人員說我們把桌燈弄壞了（？）很好奇每天都打掃沒發現自己的燈是哪時壞掉的嗎？入住當晚我就發現桌燈一個凹陷，還在想為什麼實際入住跟照片看起來差這麼多，結果就被誤會是我們弄壞的。從頭到尾都讓人感覺很差的一間旅店，員工對客人的應對方式非常需要加強。
