Très bien quand même pour le prix.

Emplacement au calme et proche du port . Appartement spacieux : grande chambre avec lit de 160 cm grande salle de bain avec douche. 2 télévisions écrans plats :une dans la chambre une dans le salon.

Attention à l'hygiène : pas de protège matelas et de housse protège oreiller. Peut être un rouleau de papier toilette supplémentaire et un rouleau d'essuie tout. Aspirateur pas vidé.

Appartement bien placé dans Pornic mais à éviter si vous avez le choix.

l'appartement est bien situé

- Il a fallu envoyer plusieurs messages pour avoir enfin les instructions sur la récupération des clés. - Le lit est petit et le matelas peu confortable. - Les ustensiles cuisine sont approximativement propres. La cafetière est cassée et collée avec un grand scotch sale. - Surtout nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant tout le séjour. La chaudière gaz était en dérangement à notre arrivée. Le matin de notre départ, nous avons su par un voisin qu'il y avait eu une coupure de gaz dans l'immeuble et c'était assez simple pour remettre le gaz mais on ne savait pas comment et personne ne s'est déplacé pour vérifier et nous aider malgré nos demandes. L'absence d'eau chaude et possibilité de prendre une douche a "un peu" gâché notre séjour. Le gestionnaire nous a proposé et promis un dédommagement / remboursement mais nous n'avons rien reçu. Appartement bien placé dans Pornic mais à éviter si vous avez le choix.
