מלון מעולה, צוות מדהים. חדרים נוחים מאוד, הכל זמין , קרוב כיף גדול. מומלץ בחום.

אפשר לחמם את המים באמצע ספטמבר

Cucina e pulizia. Da apprezzare il lavoro e l’attenzione dello staff che deve gestire una clientela non sempre rispettosa del loro lavoro.

Migliorare la pulizia dell’area piscina e prato per la presenza di molti bicchieri vuoti e consumazioni varie.

Everything is obviously brand new, the hotel just opened in May 2026. The food was delicious, don't try the chocolate chip cookies if you don't want to eat it every single day! Its too good. Just there's not enough options in the main dining room. But since there are 3 restaurants to choose from, its ok. The room was big, we liked the way the bathroom was separated.

We had some ants in the room. The entertainment team was lacking energy, they barely talked while doing the mini disco. There was no entertainment like quizzes or bingo or a show for adults. Only some live music outside. When we arrived there was a power lost, not sure why they don't have a generator. Our family arrived before us so basically we waited until they told us the power was back on (coming with 2 young kids..there is no way to go up with no elevator) I told the receptionist that we had to travel for an hour until it got back, so instead of 40 minutes drive, it was An hour and 40 minutes..our kids fell asleep in the car instead of having their nap time in the room..she didn't really care and didn't offer anything to make us feel more welcome and it was very weird, lacking of customer service..

המלון נקי ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה מאד הגישה לחוף נוחה מועדון ילדים כייפי ארוחת בוקר מעולה צוות ברובו אדיב

צמוד לאתר בניה אין מוזיקה בשטח הבריכה לא מתאפשר להזמין מקומות למסעדות במלון כי אין זמינות ארוחת ערב פחות טובה ויש אשת צוות אחת פשוט אגרסיבית ולא נעימה לאורחים
