2 min walk to the beach!

We loved being a short 2 min walk to the beach using the boardwalk.

There were several things broken- 3 sinks, oven door, dryer, disposal, outlets.. and the house had a TON of roaches, roaches everywhere, big and mostly small, it was absolutely disgusting. And when we arrived, the front yard was full of trash. And the smell of the house was not pleasant, like bad cleaning supplies and urine.
