We arrived at night with our 13-year-old daughter for a confirmed, prepaid booking. There was no lockbox despite the wri

Nothing — we never got in. The apartment could not be accessed.

No lockbox despite written check-in instructions, no signage, no "Luxe" on the intercom. Host unreachable on chat, phone and WhatsApp. Family with a child left in the street at night, booking cancelled as "closed" — yet the listing was back online the next morning selling future dates at a discount.

Until honest photos and descriptions presented not worth to book it .

Great potential if taken seriously by the management/owner. Possibility to park your car underground ( extra charge) Lovely, small swimming pool on the roof .

The property was completely different from what was shown in the photos when we booked.The photos showed a lovely balcony with a table and chairs, but our apartment had no such balcony. The photos also showed large windows with plenty of natural light and lovely views. However, we were given a top-floor apartment with very small, very high windows. From the room or bedroom, you could not actually see outside because the windows were so high.I have contacted the person responsible for the property and explained this, and they acknowledged on WhatsApp that the photos were not necessarily of the specific apartment we would receive. It seems that they use photos of different apartments within the same large complex, and you simply get whichever apartment they allocate to you. This is extremely misleading, because the apartments can be very different in terms of size, windows, balcony, views and overall condition.There was also a strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment. There were two TVs, but we could only use one. The second TV was a different brand with a different remote control. We contacted them for help connecting it, tried everything they suggested, and still could not get it to work. Unfortunately, they did not seem particularly interested in resolving the issue. The Wi-Fi information was also missing. We were told there should be information displayed on the wall with the Wi-Fi password, but there was nothing there. There was a password on the TV box, but it was incorrect, so again we had to contact them for the correct information.Overall, the biggest issue was the misleading advertising. If you book based on the photos, you reasonably expect to receive the type of apartment shown. Instead, it appears that photos from various apartments are used, and the actual apartment you receive is basically a matter of luck.

Everything was amazing, , the apartment was very clean and modern well everything you need for your holidays is there … location is good and the city is beautiful to visit So I really recommend it

De kamer is ruim en schoon. Je kan lekker je spullen kwijt en kan ook chillen. Als je wil kan je zelf koken. De locatie is erg fijn, je zit midden in het pest gedeelte waar je goed kan eten, terrassen en uitgaan. Allemaal op loopafstand wat erg praktisch was! Het personeel is vriendelijk.

Niet per se dat het niet beviel, maar meer dat we er even om moesten lachen, vanuit de kamer kan je de douche in kijken. Nu zal dat voor stellen geen probleem zijn, maar wij waren als vrouw en man vriendschap in dit appartement waardoor we een beetje moesten puzzelen. Niet een probleem, wel iets waar je misschien rekening mee moet houden qua je gezelschap haha!
