Great communication and very well equipped studio

The person in charge was extremely helpful and efficient, and communication was always very quick. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and organized. The kitchen has almost everything you need, and having a washing machine was a great plus. The bed is extremely comfortable. We also really appreciated the regular cleaning during our stay and the security in the building. Coffee, tea and some basic kitchen supplies were also a very nice touch.
The main issue was the noise from construction nearby, which started quite early in the morning (around 7:50), making it difficult to sleep longer. The apartment also has limited ventilation, and opening the windows can bring in many mosquitoes. The shower gets warm at first, but the water becomes cooler quite quickly. Also, although Booking indicates that payment by card is possible, the payment cannot be made directly through Booking. You need to pay via M-Pesa or through a payment link provided by the property, which includes a small additional fee. This could be explained more clearly in the listing. These small limitations are the reason I didn’t give a 10, but overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay in the apartment again.
