My rate based on my stay not the staff. It's one of the best hotels in Istanbul.
One of the housekeeping staff was the rudest, impolite with zero manners and the kitchen chef was very rude.

The location of the hotel is perfect , all amenities around it , accessible transportation lines , Metro, busses , tram and taxis
The staff is really helpful , especially Mona and Haider at the reception
The manager is good and room service staff, kitchen staff especially Adeebah
I’d like to thank them all for the good service they provided during our stay at the Hotel

Не докладали чай з цукром у номері. З 8 ми мали лише 2 дні
Навколо готелю місцевість не дуже естетично приваблива,брудна
Трансфер дуже довго чекали
