Er was een heerlijk zwembad en het was er erg rustig waardoor je ook tot rust kwam

It felt like a rural location just outside the city.
It was beautiful. The room, the hotel, the grounds and the pool were all spotless with beautiful furnishings. Great to relax at the pool after hot busy days in Siena. Staff were all very nice, helpful and professional.
Breakfast was lovely. Outside was a lovely setting for breakfast.
We took our car to car park outside city wall and ZTL and was an easy walk, in otherwise it’s a 30 mins walk minimum.
You picked your breakfast choice in advance and it came to the table, but you didn’t select specific items, for example you pick fruit and may get a banana or grapes but not a choice. Same with fruit juice etc. In saying that we changed the fruit juice to one we liked. Maybe a small buffet of cold things would be better and eggs made to order. Hot drinks were served to the table which was good.

Beautiful property, clean room with full length mirror and large bathroom and closet. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious. The mattress was firm and the shower was a delight.
Elevator was a little slow but grateful that there was one available. Pillows were a little too soft.

Beautiful park, polite staff
We had a bad smell coming out of a shower drainage. Water in a pool not clear. Cheap furniture. Elevator is so small and cranky it should’n be used, stairs to the top floor are not ment for guests at all. Also, breakfast wasn’t nowhere near what it should be in Tuscany.
