Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Mentone e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione è ottima, vicino a tutto e a pochi passi dal mare. L’appartamento era pulito, curato e confortevole. L’aria condizionata è stata davvero un super punto di forza, soprattutto perché durante il nostro soggiorno faceva molto caldo! Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza e lo consigliamo sicuramente per un soggiorno a Mentone.

Ist nur für zwei Personen ideal, die Kids mussten auf einem Schlafsofa nächtigen, war nix

Ottima posizione in centro, servita con tutti i negozi vicino anche la farmacia .Lungomare a pochi passi. Appartamento accogliente funzionale con balcone e ben arredato, fornito di tutto anche con elettrodomestici utili in cucina.A disposizione capsule per il caffè’ direi un ‘ottima accoglienza, ha soggiornato con noi anche il nostro cane. Il parcheggio auto e’ sulla strada a pagamento fino alle h 19.00 , abbiamo trovato posto facilmente. Consigliatissimo !!anche per 3 persone!

The location was a short walk from both the beaches and the train station in Menton. Pretty clean, and had a working washing machine and WIFI.
Firstly, the communication with the property owner was very bad. There was no booklet or instructions for basic amenities or the hosts expectations. For the WiFi on the site and we had to reach out when we arrived so that is something to keep in mind. There was also no information on where to dispose of trash or recycling near the apartment, and when we reached out, he told us there was a place on the street. However, the only spot we could find was a trash bin across the road which was overflowing. Therefore, we did not take out the trash in either the bathroom or the kitchen and we left a small bag of extra trash we didn’t have a place for. We also left a cluster of empty bottles for recycling because there was no where provided to dispose of them. When we checked out we asked what was needed for checkout and he did not give us any cleaning tasks. After we checked out he sent us pictures of the trash, recycling, a tiny bit of sand that was tracked in on the floor, and small skid marks that were left inside the toilet bowl without any caption. I have never stayed in a place through booking.com that required me to clean the toilets, vacuum the floors, or take out the trash, and he gave us no information when we asked what to do. He then proceeded to try to charge us 150 euro for allegedly staining the couch and leaving the apartment in a disorderly state. I have since read some of the other reviews of this place and did notice that this has happened before so beware when booking.
The bed was also uncomfortable, there was only one thin sheet provided and no blankets, and we had to bring pillows up from the couch for better comfort.
