We spent a wonderful family holiday with our dog at Un Mondo a Parte. If you are looking for total peace, pure relaxation, and an impeccably maintained house in the stunning Italian countryside of Le Marche, this is the place to stay!
Location, Peace & Views: The house is completely secluded, surrounded by breathtaking rolling hills. With no direct neighbours and zero traffic noise, you enjoy 100% privacy. The beautifully landscaped, well-kept garden offers stunning views, especially at sunset!
Very Dog-Friendly: Perfect for traveling with a pet. Our dog was warmly welcomed, and there was even a dog bowl ready for us, along with plenty of cozy spots inside and shade in the garden. Plus, the tap water is fresh and great for drinking.
A Dream Kitchen for Cooking: The kitchen is huge and exceptionally well equipped for cooking authentic Italian meals! It features a 5-burner gas stove, large and small pots/pans, a rolling pin for making fresh pasta, an espresso machine, and a classic Bialetti.
Great Base for Excursions: Only about 2 km away is the Locanda Storica in Monsampolo del Tronto – ideal for a pleasant walk with the dog followed by an afternoon espresso or Aperol. Charming villages like Acquaviva Picena and local weekly markets are close by. If you want to hit the beach, the public beach (Spiaggia libera) in San Benedetto del Tronto is just a 20-minute drive away (~17.5 km).

Prachtig compleet huis! De keuken is meer dan volledig ingericht. Het huis heeft 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers keurig allemaal. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal, het huis heeft een overkapping waar je heerlijk kunt zitten en van het uitzicht kunt genieten. De eigenaresse ontvangt je ontzettend vriendelijk en geeft je een tour door het huis. Ook onze 2 honden waren meer dan welkom. Wij hebben er enorm van genoten!
