There was an issue with receiving the instructions on my phone, luckily Marianna was able to be there to see us in. We loved seeing the lake from the 3 bedrooms we used and sitting outside. The dock was one of the main reasons for us booking but was not suitable. Walking distance into Nesso - although I would recommend a torch / hi vis as there is no pavement. Good public transport links to Como / Bellagio by bus and ferry but always check your timings. Do not bring a large car/ van - small vehicles are best on the roads on this side of the lake.
What could have been better? - The garden could have been neater - the hibiscus by the from t gate prevented the gate from opening fully so not good first impression and a strip across the grass would give a much neater look. We cut bit of the hedge to improve the view to the left.
The property description on Booking.com does mention air con - there is none.
