The room was really nice and large with kitchen facilities and also a table. Everything was clean and the location was great. The showers were nice and hot. There were enough blankets.
The stove was new and they were unable to provide instructions on how to use it. No one could make it work. We had to borrow one from our friend next door otherwise we would not have been able to boil water. Also the kettle needed descaling as there was lots of scale keeping coming off on the kettle.

I loved that it’s in a traditional house. Easy to access the flat inside the house. Just a couple blocks away from the main cathedral and away from the busy traffic area.
Everything was really great. The only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is that I found two shots on the wall in the shower.

Una estancia estupenda en Puno. La casa tiene muchísimo encanto y se nota el cuidado que han puesto en conservar su esencia y, al mismo tiempo, hacerla cómoda para los huéspedes. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la Plaza de Armas, por lo que pudimos movernos caminando por el centro. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, tuvimos agua caliente y la comunicación fue muy buena en todo momento. Además, nos encantó saber que es una antigua casa familiar restaurada; le da un carácter especial y diferente a otros alojamientos. Nos sentimos muy a gusto y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Centrale, con affaccio sul cortile interno quindi tranquilla e silenziosa.
Non c’è riscaldamento, viene data la possibilità ad un costo extra di avere una stufetta elettrica ma in generale tutte le stanze e il bagno in particolare sono freddi.
la casa è per quattro ma mancavano alcune cose per la cucina (solo 2 forchette, nessun cucchiaino) solo tre bicchieri. C’era la tisana Muna ma non c’era un colino per filtrarla. Non c’è uno strofinaccio per la cucina e pur essendo i fornelli a induzione alcune delle pentole non sono state cambiate e non funzionano. In generale comunque va bene per un breve soggiorno.
