AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very misleading listing – unsafe, poorly maintained, and unhelpful host This property looks nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The listing is highly misleading. On arrival, the entrance area was messy and unwelcoming, with garbage, loose stones, and random personal items (including shoes) left outside. The garden was overgrown, dirty, and clearly not maintained, which was completely different from what was shown online. Inside and around the property, there were broken or poorly installed items, including things like a coat rack/shoe area that looked damaged and out of place. Overall, the flat did not feel properly maintained or professionally prepared for guests. The biggest concern was safety. The main entrance is essentially a glass door with incomplete curtain coverage, meaning there is very little privacy. The lock felt flimsy and insecure, and anyone sleeping in the living room would be directly exposed to the outside. It did not feel safe to stay there overnight. To make matters worse, the host was not helpful at all. I contacted them by phone, but they did not provide any meaningful assistance. They also misinformed Booking.com by claiming I had not contacted them, which is simply untrue and very frustrating. None of these issues were visible or disclosed in the listing. The photos are clearly selective and do not reflect the real condition of the property. I would strongly not recommend staying here, especially if you care about cleanliness, honesty, or safety.

Worst place I've had the misfortune to pick

The place had WiFi. This whole experience was terrible.

1. This isn't an apartment it's an annex to the main flat. 2. The entrance was terrible if you are a wheelchair user and you had to walk past another apartment to get to it. 3. The garden was dumping ground. 4. The walls were thin and you could hear everything happening outside. 5. The bed was uncomfortable and stiff. 6. The dresser was leaning out ready to fall. 7. The bathroom sink didn't have hot water. 8. The bathroom mirror was on the sink 9. The stove is difficult to access. 10. There was 1 socket usable/available in the place. 11. People managing the place wouldn't issue the refund. (And when they did it was less than 25% of the total after I contacted booking.com which wasn't even a full night's stay)
