The location is fantastic- it is located up a small flight of stairs and is one of the first flats on the ground floor given its in a large city it is on a quiet street with in walking distance to the main shopping centres , main shopping street, bars, and parks. The property is cozy yet spacious and much more comfortable than being confined to a hotel room.
We found the cleanliness of the property a little disheartening, we felt that little aspects like - left over toiletries- a fridge which wasn’t emptied and had left over milk and eggs in it could be improved and do let the standards of the property down..
*PARKING- parking on the street is £5 per hour, we opted to park on “trinity shopping centre 24hour carpark- for £16 per 24hours.. which is a five minute walk away.

Close to the city centre and buses. Small but cosy and had what I needed for one night.
Would do with better cleaning. Table tops in the kitchen not wiped, wall dirty with old oil, dirty curtain in the bedroom. Not about properly but host: the message before 11 o’clock could be worded much nicer than : hope you checked out, cleaners are in at 11.
I was out by 7am since I had hospital app and really felt unprofessional.

Very clean and tidy with everything we needed, positioned in a perfect location.
Central heating was slightly noisier then expected.

Very central
Didn’t think the front door of the apartment was secure. Only 1 very flimsy take lock no mortise locks. Huge gaps around the door, so very draughty. The communal front door, was never locked. Generally didn’t feel very secure.
