The location is overall excellent--it's truly central, located on an alleyway with numerous good restaurants that leads to the city center. It's only a few minutes walk to the cathedral and to the many restaurants and cafes on the main central square.
Guests should be aware that the alleyway is fairly noisy. In addition to the nice restaurants, there are some fast food places near the apartment and there was noise outside until around 2pm. I wore earplugs and could still hear the noise but it didn't really keep me from sleeping. People who are very noise sensitive might want to think carefully about whether this is a good choice.

Perugia è magica, ma soggiornare in questo B&B eleva l'esperienza a qualcosa di indimenticabile. Trovarsi nel cuore del centro storico e scoprire che la struttura custodisce gelosamente un autentico pozzo etrusco ti lascia letteralmente a bocca aperta. È come avere un pezzo di museo privato a disposizione, un'atmosfera intrisa di storia e fascino antico che si respira in ogni angolo.

Stupendo , si vede che è stato curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è centralissima , l’host gentilissima è sempre disponibile e il bagno super attrezzato per la cura della persona , ho amato anche le caramelle nel lampione davvero una bellissima idea carina e divertente!
