The location was great and the facilities were comprehensive.
The broken wooden decking in the garden, the dirty BBQ wire rack, the leaking shower in upstairs bathroom, the non-working bottom left gas ring, the lack of batteries in the Samsung TV remote, the lack of curtain for the top window in the upstairs bedroom.

Location is superb - central to all that Falmouth has to offer. Excellent value for money and overall good facilities
Decking area needs attention, front bedroom on second floor needs blinds/curtains of some sort over the small higher windows as very bright in the morning and some drawer space in rear second floor bedroom would be beneficial.
