The house has everything you need especially if you stay 6 like me and my mum. Location was great and close to metro and fair it easy to reach from Malpensa
It’s not mentioned anywhere that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. My mum has some back problems and she is also 70 so she was forced to stay in the apartment the majority of the time. On the website (and on their website) it’s not highlighted about the presence of a lift. Personally i think that this is something that has to be mentioned.

The apartment is big and nice, and the location is great. It has almost everything you need, including cooking facilities, washing machine and other useful amenities.
We appreciate how responsive and accommodating the host was whenever we brought up any concerns. They were quick to respond to our messages, which made it easier to address the issues during our stay.
The cleanliness of the property could be given a little more attention and since there is no elevator, guests with heavy luggage may find the stairs somewhat inconvenient.
It would also be helpful if the property could be thoroughly inspected before each new guest arrives. When we checked in, we noticed that part of the door trim was already loose and hanging. This could perhaps have been identified and repaired during a pre-arrival inspection.
The air conditioning was working but unfortunately, it was leaking some water. We also noticed traces of mold in the area, possibly related to the moisture. We believe this would be worth checking and addressing to help maintain the property and provide a more comfortable environment for future guests.
