very very pretty , the bed was extremely comfortable, very close to the city center and most of attractions, we had no problem finding stores near by and the bus stations was right in front.
it was a little difficult to find the room as some were not numbered but we managed. one night we had no electricity but the owner fixed it quickly.

Właścicielka szybko zareagowała na moją wiadomość odnośnie problemów wejścia do budynku i dała mi dokładniejsze instrukcje. Właścicielka przygotowała także wedle mojej prośby suszarkę do włosów za co bardzo dziękuję. Dostałyśmy także czyste ręczniki.

Location. On the only tram lines you will ever need. Priced right too.
Remediable, so no biggy but be prepared.
Property needs signage.
Nothing on street entrance or the door pinpads to indicate this is the property.
From foyer there are no directions to rooms..Yes, you can only go one way, but if you do you do not find the 400s. For this you (at present , August 2026) go through a corridor on 1st floor that is under construction with loose wiring and debris on the floor, and no lighting. You have to keep going to find a stairwell on the left. From here go up two flights and look for paper sticker on door. No directions provided for this.
All this is fixable. Were i not confident i would not have explored a dark corridor with construction debris in the dark and then chance exploring a mystery stairwell.
Please put signs up. A lot of people would have been calling the property for help.
Light the dark corridor that is under construction.
However, i am robust and perservered, and otherwise liked the property, so i do recommend it.

les fils électriques qui traînent partout, le labyrinthe pour trouver la chambre, l'intrusion de personnes dans notre chambre en pleine nuit, pas de possibilité de faire de la cuisine, chambre très très petite
Globalement, c'est dommage car l'emplacement et le quartier sont exceptionnels mais la gestion laisse à désirer
