Service failures, lost property, and broken appliances made this stay far below expectations.
I had several issues during my stay that made the experience very disappointing.
Firstly, the Wi‑Fi password provided was incorrect, which caused unnecessary frustration until I sent a screenshot and received the correct one.
Secondly, the tumble dryer did not work during my stay, and although I was told a technician would come, no one arrived. The washing machine door was also broken.
The most serious issue was that my sealed wellness supplements (honey, barley grass, spirulina, Atlantic dulse, chaga) were thrown away by the cleaners without any attempt to contact me. These are not “food scraps” — they are expensive personal items. I contacted the host the next morning at 11:00, but only received a response after 17:00, by which time everything had already been discarded.
The host’s communication was defensive and unprofessional, and there was no willingness to take responsibility for the loss of my property or the unresolved maintenance issues.
Overall, the service and handling of the situation were unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this unit based on my experience.
