Excellent location and very easy to access roads leading to beaches and towns. Everything seemed less than 10 minutes away. The village was very quiet and peaceful. If you have a dog with you then there is a little footpath beside the church leading to a big field (check for sheep). The accommodation was cosy, clean and the bed was comfy. The shower pressure was excellent and there was lots of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay.
We struggled to find the cottage and as the host doesn't take calls from unknown numbers, we asked in the pub. Luckily they recognised the pool. Suggest What3Words are given in directions.
The pool was a little cold but didn't put our boys off. The jacuzzi was cold and steps needed attention.
We hadn't realised that it would be a shared facility when we booked but the other people staying around us were friendly.
Careful you don't unplug the fridge. My son made some toast and hadn't realised he had unplugged the fridge to plug in the toaster! Also, could do with more teaspoons please :-)
