A well‑appointed and nicely decorated house with everything needed for a short stay. The kitchen was very usable with sufficient cookware and crockery, and the sofas were comfortable. The house sits on a quiet street with easy parking, and is walkable to Sunderland city centre. Overall, a practical stay.
Soundproofing and bathroom layout could be improved, but this is also a characteristic of the period and age of the cottage.

Lovely warm cottage, decorated nicely and well equipped for a family. TV was a good size. Decor was tasteful but not plain. Lovely high ceilings. Modern bathroom and hot water readily available. Walking distance from Aldi. Quiet area. Comfy beds.
Struggled to secure back gate so had to watch dog if back door was open, same would apply to younger children!
