- the owner is nice and allows us to store our luggage after checking out
- only a few minute walk to the goreme city center
- room is clean enough
- the temperature of the shower is unstable, I do have a cold shower one day
- it is a bit noisy at night, I heard a group of people talking loudly around 11 pm when I am trying to sleep
- to be honest, I don't like the door of the shower room, becuase it is just a frosted glass without lock and it is little privacy for me, especially I am staying with a family with different gender

The location was excellent. Mehmat was very friendly and approachable. Room and washroom was very clean.
If it could have added some kitchen facility to the venue, although mehmat helped us in many ways and his wife even let us use her kitchen to fry kebabs once. BarakAllah
