A FUIR de toute urgence

HORRIBLE Nous sommes arrivées dans un logement dans un état lamentable. On aurait dit que le ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis des mois : odeur d'égouts et de poubelles, des cadavres de moustiques partout par terre et sur les murs, le sol de la salle de bain inondé, des poils dans le lavabo et des traces d'urine sur le siège des toilettes. Des moustiques continuaient d'arriver par la VMC de la salle de bain — nous en avons tué une dizaine, énormes, par nous-mêmes. Aucune fenêtre pour aérer : nous étions obligées d'ouvrir la porte d'entrée donnant sur la rue (rez-de-chaussée). Nous avons passé 1h à nettoyer nous-mêmes le logement. Les draps et serviettes étaient sales à notre arrivée, alors que le propriétaire nous avait assuré la veille par téléphone que tout serait propre et prêt. Nous sommes donc venues sans ces affaires, et avons dû acheter pour 40€ de serviettes et plaids dans le magasin d'à côté. Le propriétaire est d'ailleurs extrêmement déloyal. Il nous a promis le remboursement de la première nuit ainsi que des serviettes et draps achetés. Nous n'avons toujours rien reçu à ce jour, et il reste injoignable depuis (téléphone, SMS). Nous avons évidemment les preuves de ces échanges et de son engagement envers nous. Booking a été informé de la situation dès le premier jour. Après plusieurs échanges et un appel téléphonique, leur seule réponse a été qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire de plus. Une réservation faite en toute confiance sur leur plateforme, et aucun accompagnement réel en cas de problème. Si vous choisissez tout de même ce logement pour votre séjour : bon courage.

Déçu

L’emplacement proche du centre et de la gare qui en font un lieu sympa pour une nuit ou deux

En arrivant dans le logement, j’ai été sidéré par l’état de propreté. Des serviettes sales étaient laissées en boule sur le sol de la salle de bain, le lit n’était même pas correctement refait, avec la couette en vrac et des affaires qui traînaient encore dans la pièce. On a clairement eu l’impression que le ménage entre deux voyageurs n’avait tout simplement pas été fait. Pour un Airbnb, c’est totalement inacceptable. On paie pour arriver dans un logement propre, prêt à être occupé, pas dans un appartement qui donne l’impression que les précédents occupants viennent juste de partir. Cela inspire un sérieux manque de professionnalisme et remet en question l’hygiène générale du logement. C’est une très mauvaise première impression et cela gâche complètement le début du séjour. À ce tarif, ce niveau de négligence est inadmissible. Je ne recommanderai pas ce logement et je n’y reviendrai certainement pas. Malgré toute la bonne volonté de la part du propriétaire, aucun agent de propreté n’est venu pour arranger ma situation Bien dommage car ce logement aurait pu être tellement plus agréable à vivre.

Très bien pour séjourner à Douai !

Hôte très aimable et réactif! Logement très bien placé, au calme. Le parking est payant mais il y a des places gratuites à proximité (le long du parc). Rapport Qualité/prix au top!

Un ventilateur aurait été apprécié en ces jours de canicule sachant qu'il est impossible d'ouvrir une fenêtre.
