Nos gustó todo en general , pero sobre todo el trato tan personalizado y dedicado de Álvaro . Nos facilitó todo tipo de información y ayuda casi al instante de necesitarlo, hasta el detalle de que aparcasemos en otro sitio el coche porque había un mercadillo uno de los días que nos alojábamos . Me ofreció una opción personalizada por un tema personal de ultima hora y lejos de ponerme pegas , lo único que hizo fue facilitar las cosas en la medida que podía . Lo recomiendo sin duda y volvería de cabeza . El personal que cuida y mantiene el hotel igual de encantador , todo estaba super limpio y daba la sensación de estar prácticamente a estrenar .
