Do facto de terem me socorrido depois de perder o meu transporte para o evento fiquei a desidratar com a alta temperatura mas eles apareceram para me socorrer no aeroporto!! e levaram para o alojamento, eu inicialmente não queria ir ao alojamento com eles por saber que era um serviço de transporte pago e cancelei a ida com eles, mas duas horas depois voltei a precisar e eles atenderam na boa!
A cidade em si tem picos de falha de corrente o que afecta a continuidade de serviços como o wi-fi e etc, o alojamento esta preparado para tal mas acaba por deixar um bocado expectante que a energia não falhe mais, de resto tudo ok

The location is central and the hotel is safe.
Staff respond to complains on time.
Very good receptionists and manager.
The pool was one of the reasons I booked the hotel but the deepest part is so small and can't really swim at learnt.
