The property is located 25mins walk to the city centre, which was excellent for us as we enjoy exploring places on foot. The aparment was comforatble for our family of 4. We were very happy to have access to the garage where we left our car securely for the duration of our holiday. The flat was warm, clean and with lovely views from the living room. Although close to busy roads, it was very quiet and peacful. Nice selection of books to read if you are so inclined.
The oven was very dirty (shame as the rest of the flat was clean). The oven trays were so greasy, it was impossible to wash them, so I gave up on using them, which wasn't ideal as we prefer to cook our own meals to eating out.
The shower head in the bathroom needs changing as there is more water coming out of the shower cable than from the shower head, okeish if you are just having a shower, but a problem if you want to wash your hair.

Handy location, only 2 bus stops to Bristol Bus Coach Station and Cabot Circus Shopping Quarter. Generous supply of Paper Towels and Bathroom Tissues by Host.
Need attention to clotted sewer system in the apartment. Kitchen lightings could be improved as only 2 ceiling downlight working. To avoid claim of damage liability, inventory to kitchen equipments and main furnitures checklist preferred as we found one broken stool, flaky paintworks and greasy knobs surround to cooker top when checked in. Large French door opens inward that may accidentally shatter damage against a heavy dinning table wrongly placed. Sagging seats to lounge sofa.
