The host was very friendly and helpful.
Location was central to good restaurants and coffee shops. Felt safe and secure no street noises could be heard when inside.
No windows or natural light inside the apartment.

The two key highlights of this property were:
1) Host - Ms Hoan - Very professional, helpful and always available to answer any questions and assist. We have had a few exceptional situations and she took care of them like a breeze for us.
2) Location - very central in the middle of everything. We got a lot more explore and covered because of that.
The property has all basic amenities.
Due to rainy season in Hanoi there was a lot of rain and sometime water come in the room which was bit of inconvenience but we were told about it and what to do.
