Overall, the hotel is good. It is located not far from a small railway station and also close to the old town. The trip to the main railway station and the bus station takes about 30 minutes, so plan your time accordingly. There are tuk-tuk stands near the hotel, which is convenient for getting around the city. My room matched the photos on Booking, it was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The placement of switches and power outlets was convenient. There was a kettle in my room.
Unfortunately, there was no hot water in my room, and the staff did not resolve this issue. They were not very attentive, perhaps because they are not used to working with foreign guests.
