房间在5楼，没有电梯或其他方便措施，我们单个大行李只能手动上楼！ 服务管理公司沟通有问题，入住发现大门门锁坏了，无法及时维修和提供上门服务沟通，造成我们只能在无法锁门的状态下，睡了一晚！服务太差！

De locatie was fantastisch midden in het centrum van Reims! Op steenworp van parkeergarages en bakkertjes voor een heerlijk ontbijt morgens!
Alle batterijen van alle apparaten waren leeg, de airco afstandsbediening gelukkig kunnen vervangen met eigen batterijen. Het was 30+ bij aankomst. De trappen waren erg hoog, je moet goed te been zijn.

The apartment is located right in the centre of Reims, which is probably its biggest advantage. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby to suit every taste, and there is a large supermarket literally next door that is open until 11 p.m.
If you are travelling by car, there is a public underground car park about a 5-minute walk away. However, it is important to know that there is no parking under the building, and you cannot drive up to the entrance to unload your luggage.
One of the downsides is that the apartment is located under the roof, so carrying suitcases upstairs can be quite difficult, especially if you are not a strong person and have heavy luggage.
The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer (although we did not use them), but unfortunately there is no iron. So it is not really possible to freshen up or iron your clothes after taking them out of your suitcase.
I would also like to mention the towels. Each guest is provided with just one towel — for hands, face, body and feet. In all our travels, this is the first time we have encountered this. Even in the most basic hotels, you normally get at least a large and a small towel.
The bed linen also really needs updating. The duvet cover was already worn through and had holes in it. The pillows could also use replacing.
There is very little storage space. There are practically no wardrobes: in one bedroom, the wardrobe is filled with old pillows, blankets and other items, while in the second bedroom there is simply a clothes-drying rack instead of a wardrobe.
Overall, the location of the apartment is excellent, especially if you want to stay right in the city centre with everything you need close by.
Another issue is communication with the hosts. We sent them a message in the morning, but it remained unread until the evening. Overall, we got the impression that communication with guests is not given much attention.
Also, after three weeks, my deposit has still not been returned to me. In response to my attempts to clarify the situation, I only receive one answer: 'we have forwarded your request to the responsible person.' I can assume that in your business you sometimes encounter scammers. However, by refusing to communicate with me, your inaction is highly suspicious and unprofessional. Therefore, I have filed a complaint with Booking.com and SignalConso.
Everything will be fine if you have a credit card even though the description doesn't explicitly state that one is required. Without one, you will be left with a very unpleasant aftertaste, because getting a cash deposit back is highly unlikely.
