The apartment was immaculate, with everything that you require, Washing Machine, Dryer, full kitchen facilities, full bathroom facilities, all spotless condition.
No lift, 48 steps but not a problem.
No safe, but nobody enters your room during your stay.
Riccardo explains everything on arrival and ensures you that it is safe.
When I first arrived and saw the condition of the street with old bottles and rubbish I was apprehensive about the area, but after the first shock and seeing that it is the same everywhere I felt at ease with it and took it in my stride. Then I really enjoyed the time there.

This is a great space, much bigger than it looks. The aircon is great, facilities excellent. Renato was very helpful when we needed anything and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would really recommend to anyone 😁

Appartamento spaziosissimo, in posizione super comoda per visitare la città, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di tutto l’occorrente. Parcheggio facile da trovare in strada e gratuito. Riccardo host gentilissimo e super disponibile, non mancheremo di tornare presso il suo appartamento qualora ci trovassimo a Palermo. Grazie!
