Η τοποθεσία ήταν το καλύτερο στοιχείο της διαμονής. Η γειτονιά ειναι υπέροχη, λιγο πιο κάτω απο την Μονμάρτη, σου δίνει την εντύπωση οτι είσαι ντόπιος κάτοικος. Η θέα ήταν πολύ ωραία. Το σπίτι αν και μας ανησυχούσε για την άνεση του εφόσον ήμασταν 5 άτομα, ηταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός, είχαμε ένα θέμα με το δίκτυο και εξυπηρετηθήκαμε κατευθείαν. Αξιοποιήθηκαν οι παροχές όπως, πιστολάκι, σίδερο καφετιέρα, στο έπακρον. Το κλειδί το παίρνεις απο ένα ξενοδοχείο 5' απόσταση απο τον χώρο διαμονής, χωρίς αυτό να είναι πρόβλημα. Το αναφέρω γιατι και εγώ το είχα δει σε σχόλιο, δεν διατρέχει κανένας κίνδυνος ταλαιπωρίας, η απόσταση είναι ελάχιστη. Σίγουρα θα ήταν πιο εξυπηρετικό να υπήρχε στο ίδιο το μέρος το κλειδί, χωρίς να σημαίνει όμως οτι ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε.
Υπήρχε σκόνη σε κάποια σημεία όπως και το μπάνιο είχε κάποια οσμή υγρασίας λόγω κλεισούρας. Χωρίς να σημαίνει οτι το σπίτι δεν ήταν καθαρό. Υπάρχει κανονικά ασανσέρ, είναι στενό, δεν αφορά τον ιδιοκτήτη αυτο, το αναφέρω πιο πολύ για να γνωρίζουν οι επόμενοι ενοικιαστές.

Het is een eenvoudig maar comfortabel en aangenaam appartement. Het ligt in een aangename buurt waar je gezellig kan eten/ontbijten. Bakkers en supermarkt zijn vlakbij. De dichte metro ligt op 10 minuten wandelen.
De wc/doucheruimte is zeer bruikbaar maar wel heel eenvoudig. Een goed verluchting was niet gemakkelijk.

Antoine Bretagne's instructions were clear and well executed, making our journey from the main station to the property smooth and hassle free. The emenities comfortably met the needs of our group of five.
We were especially impressed by the location. Everything we needed was within easy reach from wonderful variety of food and drinks to the authentic experience of living among the locals. It truly gave us a genuine Parisian experience.
We would definitely book again in the future at Peaceful Flat Martyrs Place. Thank you for a wonderful stay and helping make our Paris experience so memorable.

Nous avons choisi cet endroit pour la proximité de la Gare Saint-Lazare, c est effectivement pas loin.
L appartement se trouve sous les toits et est très chaud. Comme il n’y a que des veluxes, l’aération est très problématique. La salle de bain semble pas fini, tout l immeuble est en travaux à l’intérieur.
