Increíble la ubicación, en primerísima linea de playa cara al mediterráneo y por el otro lado vistas a la entrada al puerto deportivo del mar menor y a islas y al faro de Cabo de Palos. Impresionante despertate cara al mar. El apartamento muy limpio y cómodo, un dúplex para disfrutar. Genial todo, el anfitrión super atento, con instrucciones muy claras y dando sugerencias durante la estancia de sitios que ver y donde comer. Repetimos seguro.

This is a fantastic flat, perfect for a family holiday with pool and easy, direct access to a lovely beach, that is less crowded. The upstairs is absolutely stunning with a double vista and 2 balconies. Open both patio doors and you get a strong cooling though-breeze! Miguel was incredibly helpful! I personally liked the authentic 1980s style. It’s the real deal!
The key system means it is suitable for people being together, i.e. you can only access pool, beach property with the single set of keys. Some would not like the old, non-modern style but we did. As with being by the sea there was a mild smell of damp in cupboards but this did not bother us.

La ubicación es excelente, muy buenas vistas. Piscina y playa al lado con agua cristalina. Parking en el propio edificio. Se ve el canal, el mar menor y el mediterráneo. 3 balcones con vistas impresionantes. El propietario es muy atento.

El apartamento en sí está bastante bien. Es cómodo, limpio y es tal y como se muestra en las fotos.
Buscábamos alojamiento con el filtro de piscina activado por los niños, asumiendo un precio mayor que el de otros apartamentos que no disponen de esta instalación. Sin embargo la piscina estuvo cerrada durante toda nuestra estancia por un problema en el filtrado. Aunque entendemos que los imprevistos ocurren, consideramos que al estar incluido en el precio unas instalaciones que no pudimos disfrutar, una vez comunicado al propietario, debería haber ofrecido alguna compensación o solución, en lugar de desentenderse. Una lástima, porque el piso merece la pena, pero la gestión de este problema no nos parecio la adecuada para el precio pagado.
