El personal era muy amable y la ubicación era buena

Cuando llegamos al apartamento lo primero que tuvimos que hacer es gastar nuestro tiempo en limpiar todos los platos, sartenes, cubiertos…., sin comentar la “vitrocerámica” que estaba rota y llena de grasa y restos de comida. Siguiendo con la habitación, la cama no tenía almohadas, simplemente unos cojines muy incómodos y las sábanas se salían todo el rato haciendo que acabarás durmiendo directamente sobre el colchón; el ventilador de la habitación estaba lleno de polvo y suciedad por lo que tampoco era lo más aconsejable ponerlo y lo que sí había era un aire tipo pingüino que hacía un ruido terrible. siguiendo con las demás instalaciones del piso ya sean lamparan, sillas, mesitas… o estaban llenas de polvo o no servían. En cuanto al baño, la ducha es muy incómoda ya que las puertas correderas de la misma estaban rotas y cada vez que se cerraba se descolgaban. Por último, el ascensor del bloque estaba estaba lleno de excrementos de gato.

Decepcionante

La ubicación, la piscina,, la terraza y sus vistas

La relación calidad/precio ya que en las fotos parece un piso totalmente nuevo y la realidad es un estudio reformado a la ligera con suelo de vinilo,baño antiguo con los azulejos pintados, con desconchones, lavabo rajado (pintado con la pintura de la pared) plato de ducha antigua y amarillento con mampara que no cuadra y una manguera de desagüe del termo dentro de la ducha. La cocina tenia grasa por falta de limpieza con utensilios de antihigienicos, con una nevera pequeña que apenas enfría, una mini vitro que se apagaba y una encimera pintada (con la misma pintura que la pared del baño) al igual que puertas, enchufes y campana de la cocina. El colchón de la cama muy blando (tipo esponja) el sofá cama incómodo y duro. La pintura del salon, si tocas la pared, te manchas de blanco. El aire acondicionado "pingüino" hace un ruido increible y es imposible tenerlo puesto. Me parece un precio excesivo para las condiciones del alojamiento.

La ubicación y la piscina

La ubicación y la piscina

Encontramos una cucaracha muerta debajo del sofá. La nevera debería descongelarse, la cama muy cómoda y muy limpia, así como el cuarto de baño. Las vistas espectaculares y una pega que no tiene que ver con el estudio. Teníamos vecinos que fumaban porros constantemente. No se podía estar de noche en la terraza, era irrespirable. El precio me parece excesivo para 2 noches, pero por lo demás, todo bien.
