The location is very good, walkable to beach/restaurants nearby. Sleep quality was good and it was not noisy, perhaps the hotel wasnt fully booked.
Its right next to a backwater, which looks like sewage water to me, but not smelly yet (may become as summer progresses?). There is no airtel mobile connectivity inside or near the property and making payments through UPI is a big challenge. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. There is a thin wall between 2 rooms and it may leak sound across the rooms if there are people in adjacent rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for over a month. I can confidently say that this is a wonderful place, more than a 2-star hotel. Compared to other places to stay, it's quite quiet and peaceful, and I felt myself safety. This is a new beautifully decorated on the outside hotel, clean rooms with a comfortable large bed and modern air conditioning, which only a few hotels have. The service is attentive, the food is delicious, and the location is convenient. Nearby, you can buy fresh juices, fresh coconut drinks, and nice healthy antioxidant sugarcane juice. There's also the only fruit shop on Agonda Beach, a minimarket across the road, and two currency exchange bureaus with good exchange rates and a 24-hour ATM within 100 meters.

Staff very helpful and being a new resort go over and above to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant is reasonably priced and has an extensive menu The food is exceptional and the chef will accomodate special needs.
Nothing much all in all great value in this price range
