The staff honestly made this place worth staying and yes, we would return with the service we received. They were professional and respectful at all times, they need a bonus as they’re the face of this place.
There was no selection for the breakfast as this was just served on the day (not a big portion). Didn’t get to request/choose what we wanted. Also, booked the studio (accompanying 2 people) however this room only 1 person gets complimentary breakfast and the 2nd person pays additional for their breakfast. We escalated it to Booking.com and the Property prior to staying but still no change. This needs to be re-considered especially when the studio max.occupancy is 2 guests. Thank you!
The pool was so cold even during the day, unfortunately because of this we couldn’t swim. We initially booked this place as prior to staying, we asked the property and they reassured us the pool is accessible anytime unsupervised. If there is anything you can do in regards would help.
The WIFI, Bluetooth in the rooms weren’t working. We sorted this ourselves.
