Positive points: The apartment is centrally located while remaining quiet and protected from street noise. It is relatively spacious and has a good-sized balcony. Although the view is not particularly attractive (it overlooks a parking area and an abandoned building), the balcony is practical, especially for drying clothes after going to the beach or using the washing machine, which is available in the apartment. The apartment is modern and clean, and the entrance door is particularly secure, resembling an armoured door with three locks. The property is also faithful to the photos, so the lack of character or decoration was not an issue for us.

Negative points: Only one of the two beds had been prepared. As a result, we had to sleep together on the first night, since no cleaning service was available when we arrived shortly before 7 p.m. The management immediately refused to take responsibility, claiming that it was our responsibility to specify that we wanted both beds prepared rather than just one. I subsequently sent a detailed message explaining my point of view, but received neither an apology nor any acknowledgement of the issue. Instead, I received a message that avoided taking their responsibility. I therefore deduct 1 point for the unprepared bed and 1 point for the way the management handled the situation and the way they put the responsibility on my shoulders. The mattresses are also very firm, which made the beds less comfortable than expected so I deduct one more point for this. There is no elevator, so the apartment may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or for guests who have difficulty carrying luggage upstairs. There was also some coming and going among the neighbourhood (which were not other tourists), which was not disturbing but seemed somewhat unusual to us.
