Staff excellent, breakfast good although coffee tea machine rather than full service was a little disappointing. Location and grounds brilliant.

Room in annex was tired. Fairly clean apart from bathroom with dust on wall panelling and black mould stains on walls at high level. Think bathroom fan only worked intermittently and on internal bathroom presume this had caused the mould issue. One light in the actual room was a emergency light. Green light indicating this was very bright, too bright for a bedroom.

Close to town centre parts are a historic building. Could be so good Breakfast good, staff very kind

The grounds surrounding the accommodation (you stay in an accommodation block not the priory) is overgrown and unkempt. The room is beyond tired and overpriced for its state

Unfortunately two of the bedrooms we book smelt of very bad mould the two family rooms
