It was clean and the mosquito tents are much nicer then the regular nets you find in most places. But the best thing about the hostel is the owner. „Gift“ is truly a gift. She drove me to the center market, showed me some Thai food and brought me to the scooter renting place. Her hostel has some newbie quirks because she only opened it a month ago. But she is open to any constructive advice and just such a kind and helpful person.
It was pretty loud and fairly remote. But in Chiang Dao you need a scooter anyways because the whole town is very spread out.
