Nothing .. fraud .. avoid it at any cost

i booked the apartment on 10th floor for 17 to 25 june... i gave the owner 1500000 in front of the tower 2 apartment but as the electricity was not there i was not able to check in .. i stayed at other place for night.. in morning the owner told me to come back as electricity is restored and gave me the codes of gates.. when i went back and went to the apartment someone already is staying there and the owner was not picking the phone so i called the police at the apartment. after the policemen called him .. i went to the police station to submit my statement and guess what .. they were unbale to do it because i don't have the registered translator with me .. after 24 hours the owner asked me to get the room but as i went there already somone was staying there.. i have the videos and picture of the apartment with somone else luggage already there. now when i am asked him for my refund he again not responding and not picking up the phone ..he ruined my trip completely .. its very stressful.. now booking.com has asked me to wait for 15 days to wait for refund otherwise they will intervene.. avoid this place and this fraudster

Scammers. I was given an address for the property and met by someone who I thought was the property manager. They took my money for the whole week of stay and checked me into an apartment that looked different from the pictures. It was already in the middle of the night and I thought maybe they own a few different properties which are similar. The property was dirty and in the middle of the night they told booking.com that I didn't show up or pay any money and tried to charge me a no show fee. I left the next morning extremely distressed. It's shocking that this property is still available to book and that I received no support from booking.com to get my money back. This could have been a very dangerous situation.

wonderful location and fashionable apartment in the centre

Perfect place to stay in Almaty. Cozy, gorgeous and wonderful location for exploring the beautiful city. Everything was clean and well-organized. The hosts were welcoming and caring. FOR ME IT`S BEST LOCATION FOR WALKING, A LOT OF INTERRESTING PLACES AND SPOTS NEAR THE APARTMENT
